Objective: to analyze the clinical application of nabufine hydrochloride injection in postoperative analgesia after cesarean section and its preventive effect on postpartum depression. Methods: from January 2018 to January 2019, 200 women with pain relief after cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups, 100 in each group. Sufentanil was used for analgesia in the control group and nabufine hydrochloride injection was used for analgesia in the experimental group. The scores of vas, RSS, SDS, adverse reactions and postpartum depression were compared between the two groups. Results: at 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h and 72h after operation, the scores of vas and RSS were significantly different between the two groups (P < 0.05). The SDS scores of the two groups at 3D, 7d, 15d, 30d and 90d after operation were significantly different (P < 0.05). The adverse reaction rate and postpartum depression rate of the two groups were significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical application effect of nabufine hydrochloride injection in postoperative analgesia of cesarean section is significant, which can significantly reduce the postoperative pain of patients, and can actively prevent and reduce postpartum depression, with fewer adverse reactions and high safety. It is worth popularizing research.
