| 摘要 |
目的:分析脑外伤患者行高频与低频重复经颅磁刺激对认知功能的影响。方法:本次时间选取2017年7月-2019年5月内,对象选取脑外伤患者90例,均根据随机法分组,3组各30例。A组采用常规康复治疗,基于此B、C组均给予重复经颅磁刺激治疗,B组为低频(1Hz)、C组为高频(5Hz)。比较三个组别MoCA、ADL、SF-36等评分变化。结果:B、C组治疗后MoCA、ADL、SF-36等评分与A组对比发现P<0.05,说明表现出了明显差异;而B、C组治疗后及三组治疗前对比各评分发现P>0.05,说明不存在统计学差异。结论:脑外伤患者行高频与低频重复经颅磁刺激的效果均较为显著,均可对患者认知功能、日常生活能力加以改善,且均可提升患者生存质量,值得推广研究。

| Abstract |
Objective: to analyze the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) on cognitive function in patients with brain injury. Methods: from January July 2017 to may 2019, 90 patients with brain injury were selected and randomly divided into three groups, 30 in each group. Group A was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy, based on which group B and C were treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation. Group B was treated with low frequency (1Hz) and group C with high frequency (5Hz). The scores of Moca, ADL and SF-36 in three groups were compared. Results: after treatment, the scores of Moca, ADL and SF-36 in group B and C were significantly different from those in group A (P < 0.05), which indicated that there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: high frequency and low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can improve the cognitive function and the ability of daily life of patients with brain injury, and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worth popularizing.
