Objective: To study and analyze the clinical effect of psychological nursing on cervical cancer patients with depression. Methods: from January 2017 to December 2019, 120 cases of cervical cancer were included in our department of gynecology as the main body of the study. According to the computer random grouping method, they were divided into two groups for control. One group was named as the routine group (n = 60) and routine general nursing was carried out. The other group was named as the study group (n = 60) and psychological nursing was strengthened on the basis of routine general nursing. Results: the scores of SDS, SAS and complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group; the improvement of T cell subsets in the study group was better than that in the control group; the nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: psychological nursing can significantly improve the depression and anxiety symptoms of cervical cancer patients, improve their satisfaction, strengthen their immune function, and improve their quality of life. It is worthy of clinical attention.
