Objective To investigate the effect of focused solution mode on anxiety, depression, self-care ability and pain degree of 131I in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer. Methods A random number table was used to group 85 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer who were treated with 131I in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received 43 focused treatment solutions The mode intervention was used to compare the changes of anxiety, depression and pain before and after the intervention in the two groups. Results After the intervention, the HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05); the ESCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the VAS score was lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Focused solution mode is an effective psychological intervention method, which can effectively improve the negative psychological emotions of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer, and at the same time can tap the patients own potential, enable patients to actively participate in disease care, improve patients self-care ability, and reduce treatment. The degree of pain is worthy of clinical recommendation.
