| 摘要 |
分析心绞痛患者应用双心模式干预后疗效及患者心里不良情绪、生活质量及机体功能的变化。方法 将我院97例心绞痛患者采用随机数字表法进行分组，对照组48例给予常规护理干预，观察组49例给予双心模式干预措施，对比两组患者干预后焦虑抑郁情绪、临床疗效、机体功能及生活质量变化。结果 干预后，观察组HAMA、SF-36、SAQ、HAMD评分及总有效率均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 双心模式能够有效提升心绞痛患者机体功能，改善不良心理状态，进一步提升治疗效果，提升患者生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of patients with angina pectoris after intervention with dual-heart model and the changes of patients bad mood, quality of life and body function. Methods 97 patients with angina pectoris in our hospital were grouped by random number table. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given double heart intervention. The anxiety and depression, clinical efficacy, and body of the patients were compared after intervention Changes in function and quality of life. Result After the intervention, the HAMA, SF-36, SAQ, HAMD score and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The dual heart model can effectively improve the body function of patients with angina pectoris, improve the adverse psychological state, further improve the treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
