研究舍曲林联合坦度螺酮治疗对脑卒中后抑郁症患者抑郁症状及认知功能的影响。方法 选择本院2017年11月到2019年11月96例脑卒中后抑郁症患者作为研究对象，随机分为采取舍曲林治疗的48例对照组，采取舍曲林联合坦度螺酮治疗的48例研究组。比较两组的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale，HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale，HAMA)、蒙特利尔认知功能评估量表(Montreal assessment scale，MoCA)、临床疗效、不良反应。结果 对照组治疗后的HAMD、HAMA评分显著高于研究组，对照组治疗后的MoCA评分显著低于研究组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。对照组总有效率81.25%显著低于研究组总有效率93.75%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率20.83%，显著高于研究组不良反应发生率8.33%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 舍曲林联合坦度螺酮治疗可显著改善脑卒中后抑郁症患者的抑郁、焦虑症状，改善患者的认知功能，从而提高临床疗效及安全性。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effects of sertraline combined tandospirone treatment on depressive symptoms and cognitive function in patients with post-stroke depression. Methods Ninety-six patients with post-stroke depression from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into the control group of 48 patients treated with sertraline and the study group of 48 patients treated with sertraline combined tantrolone. The Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), Montreal cognitive function assessment scale (MoCA), clinical efficacy, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The HAMD and HAMA scores in the control group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the study group, and the MoCA scores in the control group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the study group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.001). The total effective rate in the control group was 81.25%, which was significantly lower than the total effective rate in the study group, 93.75%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 20.83%, which was significantly higher than the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group, 8.33%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Sertraline combined tandospirone treatment can significantly improve the symptoms of depression and anxiety in patients with post-stroke depression, improve patients cognitive function, and thereby improve clinical efficacy and safety.
