| 摘要 |
目的：分析分化型甲状腺癌术后~(131)I治疗患者期间给予协同模式干预对情绪及生活质量的影响。方法：本次时间选取2016年1月-2018年12月内，对象选取分化型甲状腺癌术后~(131)I治疗患者60例，均根据随机法分组，2组各30例。控制组接受常规护理，基于此实验组云应用协同模式干预。比较两个组别HAMD、HAMA、SQLI等评分变化及满意率。结果：两个组别干预后HAMD、HAMA、SQLI等评分对比发现实验组更优，P<0.05，说明差异显著；而干预前二者对比未表现出明显差异（P>0.05）。两个组别总满意率对比发现实验组更优，P<0.05，说明差异显著。结论：分化型甲状腺癌术后~(131)I治疗患者期间给予协同模式干预的效果显著，即可对患者不良情绪予以有效缓解，且可提升其生活质量，患者普遍满意，值得推广研究。

| Abstract |
Objective: to analyze the effect of cooperative mode intervention on emotion and quality of life in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer after operation. Methods: from January 2016 to December 2018, 60 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer treated with 131I were randomly divided into two groups, 30 in each group. The control group received routine nursing, based on this experimental group cloud application collaborative mode intervention. The scores of HAMD, HAMA and sqli were compared. Results: after intervention, HAMD, HAMA and sqli scores of the two groups were better than those of the experimental group (P < 0.05), indicating a significant difference; before intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the two groups was better than that of the experimental group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of cooperative mode intervention during the treatment of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer after operation is significant, which can effectively relieve the patients bad mood and improve their quality of life. The patients are generally satisfied with it, which is worth popularizing.
