摘要	精神分裂症是一种病因不明的强遗传性疾病。转录因子4（Transcription Factor 4，TCF4）基因在大规模的全基因组关联分析（genome wide association study，GWAS）研究中被报道与精神分裂症患病风险显著相关。研究TCF4的生理作用及基因多态性与精神分裂症的关系成为热点。为便于研究者对TCF4与精神分裂症的关系进行更深入的探索，本文检索了近年来相关文献，并进行分析、总结和归纳，对TCF4及其基因多态性与精神分裂症关系展开综述。
Abstract	Schizophrenia is a strong hereditary disease with unknown etiology. Transcription Factor 4 (TCF4) gene were reported to be significantly associated with the risk of schizophrenia in large-scale genome wide association study (GWAS). Studies on the physiological effects of TCF4 and the relationship between gene polymorphism and schizophrenia have become a hot topic. In order to facilitate researchers to further explore the relationship between TCF4 and schizophrenia, this paper searched the related literature in recent years, carried out analysis, summary and induction, and reviewed the relationship between TCF4 as well as its gene polymorphism and schizophrenia.
