摘要	摘要：目的：探讨一位抑郁症患者在服用盐酸文拉法辛合并米氮平治疗后，出现急性胰腺炎伴甘油三酯升高的诊疗过程。结果：我们考虑该患者急性胰腺炎发作和甘油三酯升高是由于盐酸文拉法辛和米氮平引起的。结论：提示我们在给患者使用相关药物治疗时应当注意监测患者血脂水平，防范急性胰腺炎的发生。
Abstract	Abstract: Objective: To reviewed the diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis and triglyceride elevation in a depressed patient after treatment with venlafaxine and mirtazapine. Result: Considering that the acute pancreatitis and acute elevation of triglyceride in this patient was caused by mirtazapine in addition to venlafaxine. Conclusion: It suggested that we should monitor the blood lipid level of patients and prevent the occurrence of acute pancreatitis when giving the relevant drug treatment.
