时滞对半主动悬架不同控制策略的影响

摘要
为了揭示时滞对阻尼连续可调(CDC) 半主动悬架控制策略的影响, 便于控制策略选取, 采用 理论分析、 仿真模拟和试验研究相结合的方法, 探讨了时滞影响下 CDC 半主动悬架不同控制策略 之间的差异。 首先, 利用数据驱动建模方法, 构建了 CDC 减振器力学本构模型, 并利用台架试验验 证了模型的正确性; 然后, 以车辆二自由度半主动悬架模型为基础, 开发了天棚阻尼控制、 线性二次 型最优控制、 滑模 变 结 构 控 制、 模 糊 控 制 4 种 代 表 性 控 制 策 略; 最 后, 利 用 Matlab/Simulink 和 CarSim联合仿真方法, 建立了含时滞影响的 CDC 半主动悬架闭环控制系统整车仿真模型, 分析了 时滞影响下 CDC 半主动悬架不同控制策略的动态响应特征。 结果表明, 在较小时滞影响下,4 种 控制策略仍能对系统进行有效控制, 但随着时滞的增大, 天棚阻尼控制、 滑模变结构控制显著恶化, 最优控制、 模糊控制受其影响较小, 整体而言, 在时滞因素影响下模糊控制策略的综合性能最优。
Abstract
Inordertorevealtheinfluenceoftimedelayonthecontinuousdampingcontrol (CDC) suspension system ’ s control strategy and facilitate the selection of control strategies, the differences between differentcontrolstrategiesfor CDCsemi-activesuspensions undertime delay effect were explored by combining theoretical analysis, simulation and experimental research. Firstly, a mechanical constitutive modelfor CDC dampers was established based on data-driven modeling method, and the model was verified through bench test. Then, based on the two degrees of freedom vehicle semi-active suspension model, four representative control strategies weredeveloped,includingthesky-hookdampingcontrol,linearquadraticoptimalcontrol, sliding mode variable structure control, andfuzzy control. Finally, a vehicle simulation model of CDC semi-activesuspensionclosed-loopcontrolsystem withtimedelayeffect wasestablished by using Matlab/Simulinkand CarSimjointsimulation, andthedynamiccharacteristicsofdifferentcontrol strategies of CDC semi-active suspension under time delay effect were analyzed. The results showedthat when the time delay was small, the four control strategies could still effectively controlthesystem. With theincrease oftime delay, the sky-hook damping control and sliding mode variablestructurecontrol obviously deteriorated, whilethelinear quadratic optimalcontrol andfuzzy control changed little. Overall, the comprehensive performance of the fuzzy control strategyis optimal undertheeffect oftime delayfactors.
