Objective: To study and analyze the clinical effect of hormone replacement therapy on perimenopausal depression. Methods: from December 2018 to December 2019, 104 patients with perimenopausal mental depression received by our hospital were taken as the observation subjects in this study. By the method of computer random grouping, it was further divided into two groups, 52 cases in each group. One group was named routine group and treated with antidepressant alone, the other group was named study group and treated with antidepressant plus hormone replacement therapy. Results: the clinical effect of the study group was higher than that of the routine group (P < 0.05); the HAMD score of the study group at the 4th, 8th and 12th week after the treatment was significantly lower than that of the routine group (P < 0.05); the improvement of estradiol, FSH, progesterone and luteinizing hormone in the study group after the treatment was significantly better than that of the routine group (P < 0.05); the study group and the routine group There was no difference in adverse reactions (P > 0.05). Conclusion: compared with antidepressant treatment alone, hormone replacement therapy for perimenopausal patients with mental depression can further reduce their depressive symptoms and improve their hormone levels. The clinical therapeutic effect is outstanding, and no adverse reactions are increased. Therefore, it is worth promoting in a large range in clinical practice.
