摘要	自闭谱系障碍（autistic spectrum disorder , ASD)的治疗一直是世界性难题。近期研究表明物理干预可能是ASD有效的治疗方法之一。ASD的物理治疗主要包括经颅磁刺激（Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation，TMS)和经颅直流电刺激（transcranial Direct Current Stimulation, tDCS）。本文主要总结了近六年ASD物理治疗的相关研究，介绍了物理治疗的原理及作用机制，并重点探讨不同刺激部位对治疗ASD患者的临床疗效。
Abstract	The treatment of autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) has been a worldwide problem. Recent studies have shown that physical therapy may be one of the effective treatments for ASD. ASD physical therapy mainly includes transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS). This article mainly summarizes the relevant research on ASD physical therapy in the past five years, introduces the principle and mechanism of physical therapy, and focuses on the clinical effects of different stimulation sites on treating ASD patients.
