Anti-nmda receptor encephalitis is an autoimmune encephalitis.Because of the prodromal symptoms and the onset symptoms are not typical, and the patients often first diagnosed in the psychiatry department, the disease is extremely difficult to identify and sometimes even delays treatment. The disease has a recurrence trend.The patients are common in young women,and most of them are speech disorder, behavior disorder and memory decline,but the depression is uncommon. In this case, the patient starts with emotional abnormality, which increases the difficulty of diagnosis and recognition.
