To investigate the related factors of depression and anxiety in women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods: 120 cases of pregnant women who established prenatal registration card in our obstetric department and diagnosed with GDM with depression and anxiety were selected as the case group, and 240 cases of non-depressive and anxious GDM pregnant women who were pregnant during the same period were selected as the control group; statistical analysis of the two groups of pregnant women Age, pre-pregnancy mass (BMI), pregnancy, parity, blood glucose metabolism, education, occupation, family income, and other basic data, using binary logistic regression analysis to explore the key factors that cause depression and anxiety in women with GDM . Results: There was a statistically significant difference in the age, parity, fasting blood glucose, previous abortion history, education level, monthly family income, pregnancy complications, and hospital satisfaction between the case group and the control group (P <0.05); There was no significant difference in the BMI, pregnancies, planned pregnancy, and occupational methods of the control group (P> 0.05). The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that GDM women were older, more educated, and had other pregnancy complications. Syndrome is an independent risk factor for concurrent depression and anxiety (P <0.05). The higher the monthly family income and the higher the satisfaction with the visiting hospital, the lower the risk of anxiety and depression in GDM women (P <0.05). Conclusion: There are many factors that cause depression and anxiety in GDM women, and these factors should be intervened to reduce the risk of depression and anxiety in GDM women.
