摘要
分析女性灼口综合征患者应用艾司西酞普兰治疗后效果。方法 采用随机数字表法将我院91例女性灼口综合征患者分组,两组患者均给予维生素B口服治疗,在此基础上对照组45例增加心理治疗,观察组46例在对照组基础上增加艾司西酞普兰口服治疗,对比两组患者治疗后焦虑抑郁情绪、细胞因子水平、心理健康水平变化、生活质量及临床疗效。结果 治疗后,观察组SF-36评分、总有效率高于对照组,IL-6、TNF-α水平及SDS、SAS、SCL-90评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在常规治疗基础上应用艾司西酞普兰能够有效缓解女性灼口综合征患者焦虑抑郁情绪,调节细胞因子水平,改善患者心理健康水平及生活质量,提升治疗疗效。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of escitalopram treatment on female patients with burning mouth syndrome. Methods Random number table method was used to group 91 female patients with burning mouth syndrome in our hospital. The two groups were given oral vitamin B treatment. Based on this, 45 patients in the control group were increased in psychological therapy, and 46 patients in the observation group were increased based on the control group. Oral treatment of escitalopram, comparison of anxiety and depression, cytokine levels, changes in mental health, quality of life and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment. Results After treatment, the SF-36 score and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the levels of IL-6, TNF-α, and SDS, SAS, and SCL-90 were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of escitalopram on the basis of conventional treatment can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of female patients with burning mouth syndrome, regulate the level of cytokines, improve the mental health and quality of life of patients, and enhance the therapeutic effect.
