Objective To analyze the effect of low-dose amisulpride combined with olanzapine in patients with refractory schizophrenia. Methods 125 patients with refractory schizophrenia in our hospital were divided into two groups by random number table method: 62 patients in the control group were treated with olanzapine orally, and 63 patients in the observation group were treated with low-dose amisulpride. The two groups were compared. Cognitive function, changes in symptoms, quality of sleep, quality of life, changes in neuronal factor levels, and incidence of adverse reactions after treatment. Results After treatment, the observation group Hcy, GFAP level, PANSS, PSQI score, WCST test random errors, continuous errors, lower than the control group, the correct number of WCST tests, the number of completed classifications, NGF level, SF-36 score, total The efficiency was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05); the adverse reactions were not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Low-dose amisulpride combined with olanzapine can effectively regulate nerve injury factors in patients with refractory psychosis, promote patients cognitive function recovery, improve patients sleep quality and quality of life, and have high safety.
