[Abstract] Objective To investigate the Status and Influencing Factors of mental behavioral symptoms of patients with Alzheimer. Methods Seventy patients with Alzheimer in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research object. Mental behavior symptoms were evaluated using the neuropsychiatric questionnaire informed version scale (NPI-Q). The NPI-Q score was used as the dependent variable to investigate the severity, age, marriage and other data and used multiple linear regression analysis as the independent variable to investigate the influencing factors of mental and behavioral symptoms in Alzheimers patients. Results Of the 70 patients, 62 had psycho-behavioral symptoms, with an incidence rate of 88.57%. The top three frequencies were sleep / nocturnal behavior, delusions, and hallucinations; different degrees of illness, marital status, access control, self-care conditions, sleep disorders, and Differences in NPI-Q scores of children and age were statistically significant (P<0.05), and differences in NPI-Q scores of different genders and education levels were not statistically significant (P>0.05); multiple linear regression analysis showed that the degree of illness and marital status , with or without access control, self-care, and sleep disturbance are the influencing factors of mental and behavioral symptoms of Alzheimers patients. Conclusion The vast majority of Alzheimers patients have mental and behavioral symptoms, mainly sleep / nighttime behavior, delusions, and hallucinations, the severity of which is affected by factors such as illness, marriage, access control, self-care, and sleep.
