[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of evidence-based psychological nursing for patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with depression. Methods: from January 2018 to January 2019, 100 patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with depression after operation were selected. According to the double number of the admission form, a comparative study was conducted, in which the number of the admission form was included in the control group and the double number was included in the test group. Routine nursing was carried out in the control group, and evidence-based psychological nursing was carried out in the experimental group. The scores of SDS, SAS, ADL and NFD were compared. Results: SDS, SAS, ADL, NFD scores, quality of life scores and total satisfaction rate of the two groups were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of evidence-based psychological nursing in patients with depression after operation of severe craniocerebral injury is significant. It can significantly improve the depression and anxiety symptoms of patients, improve their life ability and neurological function, and improve their quality of life. The patients are generally satisfied with it, which is worth popularizing.
