摘要
【摘要】探讨老年卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者采用团体积极心理疗法的效果及对患者认知功能、抑郁情绪的影响。方法 将我院接诊107例老年PSD患者采用掷币法分为对照组和研究组,对照组53例患者接受PSD常规干预,研究组54例患者在常规心理干预基础上加用团体积极心理疗法,比较两组患者干预前后认知功能评分、焦虑及抑郁评分。结果 干预后,研究组患者MMSE评分较对照组更高,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组HAMA评分及HAMD评分均较对照组更低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 团体积极心理疗法能明显缓解PSD患者焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,调节患者心理状态,改善患者认知功能,值得推荐。
Abstract
【Abstract】Objective To explore the effects of team positive psychotherapy on elderly patients with post-stroke depression (PSD) and their effects on patients cognitive function and depression. Methods From October 2018 to October 2019, 107 elderly PSD patients in our hospital were included in this study. They were divided into a control group and a research group by tossing. 53 patients in the control group received routine stroke For intervention, 54 patients in the study group added team positive psychotherapy on the basis of routine psychological intervention, and compared the cognitive function score, anxiety and depression score of the two groups of patients before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the MMSE score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05); the HAMA score and HAMD score of the study group were lower than the control group, and the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Team positive psychotherapy can significantly alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in PSD patients, regulate the psychological state of patients, and improve the cognitive function of patients. It is worth recommending.
