[Abstract] Objective To analyze the changes of mental state and quality of sleep in patients with limb fractures treated with progressive muscle relaxation training. Methods 111 patients with limb fractures in our hospital were grouped by random number table method, 55 patients in the control group were given psychological treatment, 56 patients in the observation group were given progressive muscle relaxation training, and the anxiety and depression, sleep quality, pain, The degree of swelling after surgery changed. Results After treatment, the SAS, PSQI, and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); 6, 12, 24, and 48h after operation, the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); The normal rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of grade I, II, and III was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Progressive muscle training can effectively eliminate the anxiety and depression of patients with limb fractures during perioperative period, reduce the degree of postoperative limb swelling, improve sleep quality, and reduce postoperative pain.
