| 摘要 |
【摘要】 分析消毒供应室护理人员应用情感激励干预后的效果。方法 将我院2018年1月-2019年-12月期间消毒供应室任职的81例护理人员依据随机数字表法进行分组,其中,2018-1-2018-12期间40例护理人员作为对照组,应用常规管理制度,2019-1-2019-12期间的41例护理人员为观察组,应用情感激励管理制度,对比两组护理人员干预后焦虑抑郁情绪、睡眠质量、团队协作能力及工作效率变化。结果 干预后,观察组PSQI、HAMA及HAMD评分均低于对照组,团队协作能力评分及消毒灭菌合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 情感激励能够有效提升消毒供应室护理人员的团队协作能力,改善护理人员焦虑抑郁情绪及睡眠质量,提高工作效率

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of nursing staff in disinfection supply room after applying emotional stimulation intervention. Methods A total of 81 nurses working in the disinfection supply room of our hospital from January 2018 to 2019-December were grouped according to the random number table method. Among them, 40 nurses from January 2018 to 2018-12 were used as the control group. Applying the conventional management system, 41 nursing staff during the period of 2019-1-2019-12 were the observation group, and the emotional incentive management system was applied to compare the changes of anxiety and depression, sleep quality, teamwork ability and work efficiency of the two nursing staff after intervention. Results After intervention, the PSQI, HAMA, and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the team collaboration ability score and disinfection and sterilization pass rate were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Emotional motivation can effectively improve the teamwork ability of nurses in the disinfection supply room, improve the anxiety and depression of the nurses and sleep quality, and improve work efficiency.
