[Abstract] Objective To analyze the changes of negative emotions and stress status after perioperative glioma patients applying family intervention combined with paroxetine intervention. Methods Ninety-five perioperative glioma patients in our hospital were grouped by random number table method. Both groups of patients were given routine perioperative intervention. Based on this, 47 patients in the control group were treated with paroxetine and 48 patients in the observation group Increase family intervention combined therapy, observe the changes of systolic blood pressure and heart rate at different time periods in the two groups of patients, compare the changes of the self-rating anxiety and depression scale before and after treatment between the two groups, and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment, the SDS score and SAS score of the observation group were lower than the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than the control group (P <0.05); the systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group at T2, T3, and T4 were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Family intervention combined with paroxetine can effectively reduce the stress response of patients with glioma during perioperative period, and alleviate negative emotions of anxiety and depression.
