[Abstract] Objective: To compare the clinical effect of escitalopram and amitriptyline in the treatment of Parkinsons disease with depression. Methods: from April 2019 to April 2020, 122 patients with Parkinsons disease and depression were enrolled in this study. According to the principle of double-blind randomized control, the patients were divided into two groups, one group was named as routine group (amitriptyline), the other group was named as study group (sicitalopram). 61 cases in each group. Results: the overall effect of the study group was higher than that of the routine group (P< zero point zero five ）The scores of GWB in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of UPDRS and HAMD were lower than those in the control group (P< zero point zero five ）The adverse reactions in the study group were less than those in the control group (P< zero point zero five ）。 Conclusion: compared with amitriptyline, escitalopram can further improve the clinical efficacy of Parkinsons patients with depression, reduce their clinical symptoms, enhance their well-being index, and promote their prognosis to be significantly improved, with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety, which is worth popularizing in a wide range of clinical practice.
