摘要	摘要目的：评价社会技能训练对精神分裂症患者的干预效果。方法：检索中国知网、万方、谷歌学术、Elsevier等电子数据库，收集2000~2019年期间有关社会技能训练对精神分裂症患者干预效果的随机对照研究，并采用Meta分析进行系统评价。结果：共纳入19篇符合标准的文献，共计1804例患者。Meta分析结果显示，与对照组相比，训练组的PANSS、SDSS和ITAQ量表得分发生变化，其SMD（95％CI）分别为-0.548（-0.768，-0.327）、-0.669（-0.878，-0.459）、0.774（0.628，0.920）。结论：社会技能训练能够有效改善精神分裂症患者的精神症状，提高患者的社会功能和自知力水平，对患者的康复有积极意义。
Abstract	Abstract Objective: To evaluate the intervention effect of social skills training on schizophrenia patients. Methods: The electronic databases of CNKI, Wanfang, Google Scholar and Elsevier were searched to collect a randomized controlled study on the intervention effect of social skill training on schizophrenia patients from 2000 to 2019, and the meta-analysis was used for systematic evaluation.Results: A total of 1804 patients were included in 19 qualified articles. Meta analysis results show that compared with the control group, the scores of the PANSS, SDSS and ITAQ in the training group changed,and their SMD (95% CI) were -0.548 (-0.768, -0.327), -0.669 (-0.878, -0.459), 0.774 (0.628, 0.920). Conclusion: Social skills training can improve the psychiatric symptoms of schizophrenia patients effectively, improving the social function and self-awareness of patients and having positive significance for patients rehabilitation.
