[Abstract] Objective To discuss the influencing factors of anxiety and depression comorbidity in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 200 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research object. The occurrence of anxiety and depression comorbidities and general data were investigated. Single factor and multifactor logistic regression analysis were used to investigate the influencing factors of anxiety and depression comorbidities. Results 65 cases of anxiety and depression comorbidity occurred in 200 hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease, the incidence rate was 32.50%; the age, gender, sleep disturbance, disease degree, hospitalization history, education level, family monthly income, The difference in marital status was statistically significant (P <0.05); there was no statistically significant difference in the combination of diabetes, hypertension, and body mass index (BMI) (P> 0.05); multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that women, sleep disorders, three-vessel disease, and hospitalization history were the independent risk factor for anxiety and depression comorbidity in patients with coronary heart disease. Conclusion The incidence of anxiety and depression comorbidity in patients with coronary heart disease is relatively high. Due to factors such as gender and sleep, targeted measures can be carried out to improve the mental health of inpatients with coronary heart disease.
