[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of low-dose ketamine combined with sufentanil for self-controlled intravenous analgesia in patients undergoing surgical treatment of cervical cancer. Methods A total of 97 patients undergoing surgical treatment of cervical cancer in our hospital were grouped by random number table. Both groups of patients were given self-controlled intravenous analgesia 10 minutes before the end of the operation. The control group was given sufentanil 2 μg/kg in 48 cases and the observation group was 49 cases. Increase ketamine 5mg/kg combined with analgesia, compare the postoperative pain, the number of self-controlled intravenous analgesia, negative emotions, stress level and the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups of patients.Results The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 1, 12, and 24 hours after operation. The number of self-controlled intravenous analgesia and the levels of Cor, E, and NE were lower than that of the control group after 24 hours, and the SAS and SDS scores were lower than that of the control group at 24, 48 hours after operation. Control group (P<0.05); postoperative complications were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Low-dose ketamine combined with sufentanil-controlled intravenous analgesia can effectively reduce the pain of cervical cancer patients after surgery, reduce the bodys stress response, relieve postoperative anxiety and depression, and have high safety.
