[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of childhood interest induction combined token law education on bad emotions of infant children with bronchiolitis and treatment compliance. Methods Eighty children with bronchiolitis from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was educated on the basis of the control group for childhood interest induction and joint token law. The bad emotions of the two groups of children before and after nursing, and compare the treatment compliance. Results After the two groups of care, the childrens self-rating depression scale (DSRSC), childrens medical fear scale (CMFS), and child anxiety self-rating scale (SCARED) scores were significantly reduced, and the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than the control group, (P<0.05). The scores of treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Childhood interest induction combined token law education can effectively reduce bad emotions in children with bronchiolitis, such as anxiety and fear and improve treatment compliance.
