| 摘要 |
【摘要】探讨以家庭为中心的心理治疗对孤独症儿童父母情绪及儿童康复训练的影响。方法 纳入2016年1月～2019年1月期间我院接诊的80例孤独症儿童及其父母作为本次研究对象，掷币法将其分组，对照组40例患儿接受孤独症常规康复训练，研究组40例患儿在常规康复训练基础上对患儿父母实施以家庭为中心的心理治疗，比较两组患儿父母焦虑、抑郁评分及患儿康复训练效果。结果 治疗后，研究组患儿父母HAMD及HAMA评分均低于对照组，差异明显（P<0.05）；研究组患儿孤独症儿童发展评分均高于对照组，差异有意义（P<0.05）。结论 以家庭为中心的心理治疗能够有效缓解孤独症患儿父母焦虑、抑郁情绪，提高患儿康复训练效果，改善患儿预后，值得推荐。

| Abstract |
【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of family-centered psychotherapy on the mood of parents of autistic children and rehabilitation training of children. Methods A total of 80 autistic children and their parents who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were included in this study. The coin toss method was used to group them. Forty patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation training for autism In the study group, 40 patients were treated with family-centered psychotherapy on the basis of routine rehabilitation training, comparing the anxiety and depression scores of the parents of the two groups with the rehabilitation training effect of the children. Results After treatment, the HAMD and HAMA scores of the parents in the study group were lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); the development scores of the children with autism in the study group were higher than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05) . Conclusion Family-centered psychotherapy can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of parents of children with autism, improve the rehabilitation training effect of children, and improve the prognosis of children. It is worth recommending.
