【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the changes of sleep quality, anxiety and depression after venlafaxine combined with mirtazapine in patients with hemorrhoids. Methods 91 patients with postoperative hemorrhoids in our hospital were divided into groups using random number table method, 45 patients in the control group were treated with venlafaxine orally, and 46 patients in the observation group were treated with mirtazapine combined treatment. Quality level, changes in anxiety and depression, sleep quality, clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment. Results After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, the 5-HT level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the SDS score, SAS score, and PSQI score were lower than the control group (P<0.05); after 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group Group (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Venlafaxine combined with mirtazapine can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients with hemorrhoids and improve the quality of sleep. The mechanism is related to shortening the sleep latency and inhibiting the reuptake of 5-HT, and the treatment is safe.
