| 摘要 |
目的 分析为高危足患者实施循证护理的临床效果。方法 研究对象均确诊为糖尿病高危足患者，数量为150例，按照随机数表法分为两组，对照组接受常规护理，研究组接受循证护理，比较两组护理效果差异。结果 研究组患者自我管理评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者不良足部状况人数少于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在高危足患者接受治疗过程中实施循证护理可改善患者足部状况，提升患者的自我管理水平，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of evidence-based care for patients with high-risk foot. Methods All the study subjects were diagnosed as diabetic high-risk foot patients, and the number was 150, which were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group received routine care, and the study group received evidence-based care. Compared the difference in nursing effect of the two groups. Results The self-management scores of the study group was higher than the control group (P <0.05); the number of patients in the study group was less than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based care in the treatment of high-risk patients with foot can improve the foot condition and improve the self-management level of patients, which is worth promoting.
