护理本科学生人文关怀能力自评与他评的差异性研究

| 摘要 |
目的 本研究针对新疆某临床医学院本科护理学生人文素质的自评和他评的调查分析,寻找两者的差距及产生差距的可能原因,从而调整在校护理本科学生人文素质教育的模式,为促进人文教育更贴近病人的需求提供参考依据。方法 本研究采用“自评”和“他评”的方法进行问卷调查。评估选用的是黄戈冰研制的《护理专业大学生人文关怀能力量表》,采用问卷调查法对82名在本科学生进行调研。结果 “自评”结果显示,人文关怀能力总得分为(112.45±12.48)分;“他评”结果显示,学生的人文关怀行为得分为(96.29±15.32)分,(P<0.05)。结论 学生的“自评”人文关怀能力结果高于“他评”人文关怀能力,两种评估方法中学生的人文关怀能力总体均偏低,应提高护理专业学生人文关怀能力的培训力度,临床实践中多去观察,应探索切实有效的培养策略,提高学生的人文关怀能力,工作中更好的提高患者满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective This study aims to investigate and analyze the self-evaluation and self-evaluation of humanistic qualities among undergraduate nursing students at a clinical medical college in Xinjiang, and to identify the differences between the two and the possible reasons for the differences. The goal is to adjust the mode of humanistic education for undergraduate nursing students and provide reference for promoting humanistic education that is closer to the needs of patients. Methods This study conducted a questionnaire survey using both “self-evaluation” and “peer evaluation” methods. The evaluation selected the “Human Care Ability Scale for Nursing College Students” developed by Huang Gebing, and conducted a questionnaire survey on 82 undergraduate students. Results The self-evaluation results showed that the total score of humanistic care ability was (112.45 ± 12.48) points; The results of the “He Ping” evaluation showed that the score of students humanistic care behavior was (96.29 ± 15.32) points, (P<0.05). Conclusion The results of students’ self-evaluation of their humanistic care ability are higher than those of their self-evaluation of their humanistic care ability. Both evaluation methods show that students humanistic care ability is generally low. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the training of humanistic care ability for nursing students, observe more in clinical practice, explore practical and effective training strategies, improve students humanistic care ability, and better improve patient satisfaction in work.
