| 摘要 |
目的 探讨尿毒清颗粒对血液透析患者高磷血症控制作用的临床应用。方法 回顾性分析我院2022年1月~2023年1月期间收治的慢性肾衰竭行血液透析患者70例作为研究对象,依据治疗方法分成对照组(单纯采用血液透析治疗)和治疗组(在对照组基础上联合尿毒清颗粒治疗)各35例。对比两组治疗效果。结果 两组患者透析前与治疗6个月、12个月血肌酐、血尿素氮比较差异均无统计学意义( P均>0.05)。治疗组治疗前后血钙、血磷比较有统计学意义( P均<0.05),与对照组比较,P<0.05。且治疗组患者治疗后血压及心率各项指标均优于对照组患者,(P<0.05)。结论 尿毒清颗粒联合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭维持透析患者效果显著,调节钙磷代谢具有非常显著的治疗效果,值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical application of Niaoduqing Granules in controlling hyperphosphatemia in hemodialysis patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 70 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 as the research objects. They were divided into the control group (treated with hemodialysis alone) and the treatment group (treated with Niaoduqing Granules on the basis of the control group), with 35 cases in each group, according to the treatment methods. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results There were no statistically significant differences in serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen between the two groups before dialysis and after 6 months and 12 months of treatment (all P > 0.05). There were statistically significant differences in blood calcium and blood phosphorus before and after treatment in the treatment group (all P < 0.05), and compared with the control group, P < 0.05. Moreover, the blood pressure and heart rate indicators of the patients in the treatment group after treatment were better than those of the patients in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Niaoduqing Granules combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of maintenance dialysis patients with chronic renal failure has a significant effect and has a very significant therapeutic effect on regulating calcium and phosphorus metabolism, which is worthy of promotion.
