苦参汤加味熏洗坐浴治疗混合痔术后疼痛水肿的效果分析

| 摘要 |
目的 分析苦参汤加味熏洗坐浴治疗混合痔术后疼痛水肿的应用效果。方法 选择我院2023年9月至2024年9月期间的80例混合痔术后患者作为研究对象，依照随机数字法分为参考组和实验组，每组均包含40例，参考组采用高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴，实验组采用苦参汤加味熏洗坐浴。对比两组治疗前后的疼痛程度及水肿体积差异。结果 相较于治疗前，治疗后两组的VAS评分及水肿体积均有明显改善（P<0.05）；相较于参考组，实验组的VAS评分及水肿体积改善更为显著（P<0.05）。结论 苦参汤加味熏洗坐浴对混合痔术后疼痛水肿具有显著的治疗效果，值得在临床实践中广泛推广及应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of Kushen decoction flavored fumigation and sitz bath in the treatment of postoperative pain and edema in mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 80 postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital from September 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The reference group received sitz baths with potassium permanganate solution, while the experimental group received sitz baths with modified Sophora flavescens decoction. Compare the differences in pain level and edema volume between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, both groups showed significant improvement in VAS scores and edema volume after treatment (P<0.05); Compared to the reference group, the experimental group showed more significant improvement in VAS scores and edema volume (P<0.05). Conclusion Kushen decoction flavored fumigation and sitz bath has a significant therapeutic effect on postoperative pain and edema of mixed hemorrhoids, and is worthy of wide promotion and application in clinical practice.
