| 摘要 |
目的 探讨晚期膝关节骨性关节炎患者接受人工全膝关节置换手术的治疗效果。方法 选择2023年10月~2024年10月接收的60例晚期膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究样本，随机分为参考组和试验组，每组30例，参考组接受膝关节镜手术治疗，试验组接受人工全膝关节置换术治疗。对比两组的疼痛程度、膝关节功能及并发症发生率。结果 与参考组相比，治疗后试验组的VAS评分明显更低（P<0.05）；试验组的KSS评分显著更高（P<0.05）；试验组的并发症发生率明显更低（P<0.05）。结论 晚期膝关节骨性关节炎患者接受人工全膝关节置换手术的治疗效果显著，能有效减轻疼痛，改善膝关节功能，降低并发症发生率。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of total knee arthroplasty in patients with advanced knee osteoarthritis. Methods Sixty patients with advanced knee osteoarthritis who were received from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the study sample and randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. The reference group received arthroscopic knee surgery, while the experimental group received total knee arthroplasty. Compare the pain level, knee joint function, and incidence of complications between the two groups. Results Compared with the reference group, the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower after treatment (P<0.05); The KSS score of the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment effect of artificial total knee replacement surgery on patients with advanced knee osteoarthritis is significant, which can effectively reduce pain, improve knee joint function, and reduce the incidence of complications.
