贝多芬康复理疗仪联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗抑郁症伴失眠患者的疗效观察

[摘要]观察贝多芬康复理疗仪辅助治疗抑郁症伴失眠患者的临床疗效。方法 选取62例抑郁症伴失眠的住院患者，按照随机数字表法分为常规治疗组30例，贝多芬组32例，2组病人均给盐酸舍曲林片口服，在此基础上贝多芬组每日加用贝多芬康复理疗仪辅助治疗，观察治疗8周后2组病人汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分的变化。结果 在抑郁情绪改善方面，两组患者HAMD评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。在睡眠改善方面，贝多芬组PSQI评分较常规治疗组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。贝多芬组的不良反应总发生率（12.5%）与常规治疗组（16.7%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 贝多芬康复理疗仪可以改善抑郁症伴失眠患者的睡眠质量，且具有安全无副作用、体验舒适等特点，值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Beethoven rehabilitation physiotherapy instrument in the treatment of depression with insomnia. method Methods: 62 hospitalized patients with depression and insomnia were randomly divided into conventional treatment group (n = 30) and Beethoven group (n = 32). Both groups were given sertraline hydrochloride tablets orally. On this basis, the Beethoven rehabilitation physiotherapy instrument was added daily in the Beethoven group. After 8 weeks of treatment, Hamilton Depression scale (HAMD) score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) were observed The change of points. Results there was no significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups (P > 0.05). In terms of sleep improvement, the PSQI score of Beethoven group was significantly higher than that of conventional treatment group (P < 0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the Beethoven group (12.5%) was not significantly different from that in the conventional treatment group (16.7%) (P > 0.05). Conclusion Beethoven rehabilitation physiotherapy instrument can improve the sleep quality of patients with depression and insomnia, and has the characteristics of safety without side effects and comfortable experience, which is worthy of clinical application.
