Objective To observe and analyze the effect of clopidogrel and aspirin in community elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods the observation time starting point on June 1,2023, time node for June 1,2024, the observation object for the community of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, the selected 100 patients randomly divided into observation group (n=50) and the control group (n=50), respectively give clopidogrel combined aspirin, single use of aspirin intervention, the two groups of treatment effect. Results There was no significant difference in serum factor levels and cardiac function between the two groups before treatment, and the levels of TNF- α, NT-proBNP, IL-6, and hs-CRP in the patients after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Lower LVESD and LVEDD levels and higher LVEF levels were also observed (P <0.05). Moreover, the observation group had a lower incidence of adverse reactions (P <0.05) and medication safety was better. Conclusion The treatment effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin is more prominent, which can effectively control the disease, reduce the level of serum factors, improve cardiac function, and help the elderly patients with coronary heart disease in the community to obtain the best prognosis.
