Objective To analyze the effect of recombinant collagen antibacterial gel on gynecological diseases and the impact of cervical human papillomavirus infection. Methods 150 patients with gynecological diseases and cervical human papillomavirus infection admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into the control group (75 cases) and the observation group (75 cases, treated with recombinant collagen for women with antibacterial gel). The therapeutic effects of the two groups on cervicitis, vaginitis, chlamydia mycoplasma infection, vaginal atrophy and tightness, vaginal dryness and HPV infection were compared. Results The treatment effects of the observation group patients in terms of cervicitis, vaginitis, mycoplasma and chlamydia infection, vaginal atrophy and tightness, and vaginal dryness and pain during intercourse were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The HPV load in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of gynecological diseases and cervical human papillomavirus infection patients, the recombinant collagen gynecological bacteria blocking gel has achieved obvious results, has high application value, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
