急诊护理路径在急性心梗抢救过程中的护理价值

| 摘要 |
目的 分析急性心梗抢救用急诊护理路径所起到的作用。方法 随机均分2023年1月-2024年10月本院急诊科接诊急性心梗病人（n=62）。试验组采取急诊护理路径，对照组行常规护理。对比出急诊室时间等指标。结果 关于抢救时间和分诊评估时间：试验组只有（30.46±4.72）min、（3.03±0.37）min，对照组长达（40.51±5.26）min、（5.68±0.74）min，差异显著（P＜0.05）。抢救成功率：试验组96.77%，对照组87.1%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。护理质量：试验组的护理及时性（96.75±2.31）分、操作技术（97.52±1.05）分、护士工作态度（98.22±0.73）分，和对照组（87.68±3.47）分、（89.74±2.34）分、（91.56±2.01）分相比有显著差异（P＜0.05）。sf-36评分：干预后：试验组（87.35±3.06）分，对照组（81.11±4.27）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 急性心梗抢救用急诊护理路径，病人的抢救效率更高，预后更好，护理质量改善也更加显著。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the role of emergency care pathway for acute myocardial infarction. Methods From January 2023 (October n=62). The experimental group adopted the emergency care pathway, and the control group performed routine care. Compare out of the emergency room time and other indicators. Results Regarding the rescue time and triage assessment time: only (30.46 ± 4.72) min, (3.03 ± 0.37) min in the test group, and (40.51 ± 5.26) min, (5.68 ± 0.74) min in the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Rescue success rate: 96.77% in the test group and 87.1% in the control group, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Quality of care: nursing timeliness (96.75 ± 2.31), operation technique (97.52 ± 1.05), nurse working attitude (98.22 ± 0.73), and the control group (87.68 ± 3.47), (89.74 ± 2.34), and (91.56 ± 2.01) (P <0.05). Sf-36 score: After intervention: test group (87.35 ± 3.06) and control group (81.11 ± 4.27), significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The emergency nursing path for acute myocardial infarction provides patients with higher rescue efficiency, better prognosis, and better improvement in nursing quality.
