| 摘要 |
喉是最重要的发声器官，位于颈前部，且因喉体可以移动，其上下两侧和后方又分别有下颌骨、胸骨、胸锁乳突肌和颈椎等结构保护，故受外伤几率相对较小，在法医临床学鉴定实务中尤为少见。本文主要列举3例喉器质性损伤致发声功能障碍的案例及评定，为同类鉴定和研究提供参考。

| Abstract |
The larynx is the most important vocal organ, located in the front of the neck. Due to the movable laryngeal body, it is protected by mandible, sternum, sternocleidomastoid muscle and cervical vertebra on both sides and behind, so the probability of trauma is relatively small, which is especially rare in clinical forensic identification practice. In this paper, 3 cases of vocal dysfunction caused by organic injury of larynx are listed and evaluated to provide reference for similar identification and research.
