Objective Exploring the clinical analysis of endoscopic injection of tissue glue for the treatment of high-risk peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods Selecting 100 high-risk patients with peptic ulcer bleeding admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 as the research subjects, they were randomly divided into a control group (50 cases) and an observation group (50 cases) according to a random number table method. The control group was treated with endoscopic injection of 1:10000 adrenaline, while the observation group was treated with endoscopic injection of tissue glue. Compare and evaluate the clinical treatment efficacy, incidence of rebleeding, treatment indicators (hemostasis time, disappearance time of abdominal pain, recovery time of gastrointestinal function, length of hospital stay), and incidence of complications between two groups of patients. Results The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of rebleeding and complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The treatment indicators of the observation group were superior to those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic tissue gel injection therapy can achieve significant results in high-risk patients with peptic ulcer bleeding, significantly shorten hemostasis and treatment time, and reduce the incidence of complications and rebleeding. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
