| 摘要 |
目的 探讨穴位注射联合小针刀松解治疗网球肘的临床效果。方法 选取2023年10月至2024年10月期间在我院就诊的100例网球肘患者作为研究对象，随机分为参考组和试验组，每组各50例。参考组采用单纯小针刀松解治疗，试验组则采用穴位注射联合小针刀松解治疗。比较两组的肘关节功能、炎性因子水平及临床疗效方面的差异。结果 相较于参考组，治疗后试验组肘关节功能改善更为显著（P<0.05）；试验组的炎性因子水平显著更低（P<0.05）；试验组的治疗有效率明显更高（P<0.05）。结论 穴位注射联合小针刀松解治疗网球肘能够更有效地促进肘关节功能恢复，减轻炎症反应，增强治疗效果。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of combining acupoint injection with small needle knife therapy in the treatment of tennis elbow. Methods A sample of 100 patients with tennis elbow, admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024, were chosen for the study and were randomly assigned to two groups: the reference group and the trial group, each comprising 50 patients. In the reference group, the test group used acupoint injection combined with small needle knife release. Assessing variations in elbow functionality, inflammatory marker concentrations, and therapeutic outcomes between the two groups. Results Post-treatment, the test group exhibited more pronounced improvement in elbow function compared to the reference group (P < 0.05). Additionally, the experimental group had notably lower levels of inflammatory factors (P < 0.05), and the observation group demonstrated a significantly higher treatment efficacy rate (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of acupoint injection and small needle knife therapy for tennis elbow can more efficiently facilitate elbow function recovery, diminish inflammation, and improve treatment outcomes.
