| 摘要 |
【摘要】目的：研究分析医护一体化护理干预对住院保守治疗的急性胰腺炎患者住院时间、焦虑情绪的影响。方法：于2019年05月--2020年05月，将本院接收的80例急性胰腺炎患者作为观察对象，根据双盲随机对照原则，予以分组探讨，其中一组名为常规组（常规护理），另一组名为研究组（医护一体化护理干预）。每个小组分别40例。结果：研究组住院时间短于常规组（p<0.05）；研究组焦虑情绪评分低于常规组（p<0.05）；研究组满意度高于常规组（p<0.05）。结论：对于住院接受保守治疗的急性胰腺炎患者，给予医护一体化护理干预，可进一步缩短其住院时间，减轻其焦虑情绪，并赢得患者好感和信任，这对于医院可持续化发展具有积极的影响。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To study and analyze the effect of integrated nursing intervention on the length of stay and anxiety of patients with acute pancreatitis undergoing conservative treatment. Methods: from May 2019 to may 2020, 80 patients with acute pancreatitis received by our hospital were divided into two groups according to the principle of double blind randomized control. One group was named routine group (routine nursing), the other group was named Research Group (integrated nursing intervention). Each group had 40 cases. Results: the length of stay in the study group was shorter than that in the routine group (P < 0.05); the anxiety score in the study group was lower than that in the routine group (P < 0.05); the satisfaction degree in the study group was higher than that in the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for the patients with acute pancreatitis who received conservative treatment, the integrated nursing intervention can further shorten their hospitalization time, reduce their anxiety, and win the favor and trust of the patients, which has a positive impact on the sustainable development of the hospital.
