| 摘要 |
目的 分析不同麻醉方式用于手术治疗的糖尿病患者中的效果及对血流动力学的影响。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年7月期间我院手术治疗的糖尿病患者90例作为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组给予全身麻醉，观察组在对照组基础上联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉。统计对比两组各个时间点血糖、血压及心率情况。结果 两组在T1时间点血糖、血压及心率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），在T2、T3、T4时间点观察组血糖、血压及心率明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 不同麻醉方式用于手术治疗的糖尿病患者中的效果及对血流动力学的影响效果显著，能够有效控制血糖水平，有利于手术的顺利进行，值得临床进一步推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect and effects on hemodynamics in patients with diabetes. Methods 90 diabetic patients treated by surgery in our hospital from January 2023 to July 2024 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given general anesthesia, and the observation group was combined with epidural block anesthesia on the basis of the control group. Blood glucose, blood pressure and heart rate at each time point in the two groups were statiscompared. Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose, blood pressure and heart rate at T1 time point (P> 0.05), and the blood glucose, blood pressure and heart rate at T2, T3 and T4 were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of different anesthesia methods used for surgical treatment in diabetic patients and their effect on hemodynamics are remarkable, which can effectively control the blood glucose level, is conducive to the smooth operation, and is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
