摘要	白癜风作为一种常见的色素脱失性皮肤病，其发病机制复杂，且常与多种其他疾病相伴发生。本文旨在深入探讨白癜风的共病情况，涵盖自身免疫性疾病、内分泌疾病、代谢紊乱、神经系统异常以及精神心理障碍等多个领域。通过综合分析共病的发病机制、流行病学特征以及临床管理要点，为白癜风患者的综合治疗提供科学依据，以提升患者的整体健康水平和生活质量。
Abstract	Vitiligo, as a common pigment-loss skin disease, has a complex pathogenesis and is often accompanied by a variety of other diseases. This article aims to deeply explore the comorbidities of vitiligo, covering multiple fields such as autoimmune diseases, endocrine diseases, metabolic disorders, neurological abnormalities and psychiatric and psychological disorders. Through a comprehensive analysis of the pathogenesis, epidemiological characteristics and key points of clinical management of comorbidities, it provides a scientific basis for the comprehensive treatment of vitiligo patients, so as to improve the overall health level and quality of life of patients.
