| 摘要 |
目的 探析盆腔炎性疾病患者采取头孢克肟与奥硝唑联合康妇炎胶囊治疗的效果。方法 此次研究对象为54例盆腔炎性疾病患者，抽取时间为2022年1月-2023年1月期间，按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中前者采取头孢克肟与奥硝唑联合治疗，后者在上述基础上采取康妇炎胶囊治疗，每组27例。对比两组治疗效果。结果 实验组临床效果显高于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组中医证候积分治疗后低于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 盆腔炎性疾病患者采取头孢克肟与奥硝唑联合康妇炎胶囊治疗的效果确切，能够促进治疗效果，改善患者相关症状。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of cefuroxime and metronidazole combined with Kangfuyan capsules on patients with pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods The study subjects were 54 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease, selected from January 2022 to January 2023. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group according to a random number table method. The former was treated with a combination of cefuroxime and metronidazole, while the latter was treated with Kangfuyan capsules on the basis of the above, with 27 cases in each group. Compare the therapeutic effects of two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of cefuroxime and metronidazole with Kangfuyan capsules is effective in treating pelvic inflammatory disease patients, promoting treatment outcomes and improving related symptoms.
