| 摘要 |
目的 观察分析对血液透析患者实施心理护理干预的临床效果和应用价值。方法 选择院内就诊的76例血液透析患者（样本纳入例数：76例；样本纳入时间：2023年5月至2024年5月），以随机数字为基础分组方式，分为对照、实验两个小组，观察例数高度一致。分别实施常规护理，心理护理干预。收集分析护理效果。结果 与对照组（常规护理）相比，实验组（心理护理干预）并发症发生率更低，负性情绪评分（焦虑/抑郁）更低，心理弹性评分（乐观性/力量性/坚韧性）更高，生活质量评分（角色功能/情绪功能/认知功能/社会功能/躯体功能/总体健康）更高，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 心理护理干预可以有效减少血液透析患者并发症发生率，提高心理弹性，减少负性情绪，改善生活质量，促进恢复，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of psychological nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients. Methods 76 hemodialysis patients selected in hospital (sample inclusion: 76; time of sample inclusion: May 2023 to May 2024) were divided into control and experimental groups and highly consistent. Implement routine nursing, psychological nursing intervention, respectively. Collect and analyze the nursing effect. Results Compared with the control group (usual care), the experimental group (psychological care intervention) had lower complication rates, lower negative mood score (anxiety / depression), higher resilience score (optimism / strength / resilience), higher quality of life score (role function / emotional / cognitive / social / physical / general health), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in hemodialysis patients, improve psychological elasticity, reduce negative mood, improve the quality of life, promote recovery, and have high application value.
