| 摘要 |
目的 分析整体护理在影像检查中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年6月至2024年6月期间，在我院接受影像检查的250例患者作为此次研究的对象，按照随机化原则分为参考组和实验组，每组均包含125例。其中，参考组接受常规护理干预，而实验组则接受整体护理干预。对比两组不良反应发生情况及护理满意度的差异。结果 实验组的不良反应发生率显著低于参考组（P<0.05）；同时，实验组的护理满意度显著高于参考组（P<0.05）。结论 整体护理在影像检查中展现出显著的应用效果，不仅能有效降低不良反应发生率，还能显著提高护理满意度，值得在临床实践中深入推广并实施。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of holistic nursing in imaging examination. Methods 250 patients who underwent imaging examinations in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 125 patients in each group. Among them, the reference group received routine nursing interventions, while the experimental group received holistic nursing interventions. Compare the differences in the occurrence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction between two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05); Meanwhile, the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Holistic nursing has shown significant application effects in imaging examinations, not only effectively reducing the incidence of adverse reactions, but also significantly improving nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting and implementing in clinical practice.
