乳腺癌粗针穿刺与术后活检标本病理分级及免疫表型差异性分析

| 摘要 |
目的 探讨乳腺癌粗针穿刺与术后活检标本病理分级及免疫表型差异性。方法 收集2021年1月至2024年3月本院乳腺外科行乳腺粗针穿刺及确诊后乳腺肿物组织切除的100例患者的临床病理资料，分析两种标本组织学分级及免疫表型的表达差异。结果 手术切除标本组织学分级较粗针穿刺标本级别升高，差异显著（P<0.05）。两组标本ER、PR、HER2、Ki67阳性表达率无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 临床医师可以依据穿刺标本ER、PR、HER2、Ki67阳性表达情况评估肿物，但是鉴于切除标本较粗针穿刺标本病理组织学分级升级，治疗应结合病人实际情况选择合适的、精准的治疗方案。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the difference of pathological grading and immunophenotype between thick needle aspiration and postoperative biopsy specimens of breast cancer. Methods Clinical and pathological data of 100 patients who underwent breast coarse needle aspiration and confirmed breast mass tissue resection in the breast surgery department of our hospital from January 2021 to March 2024 were collected, and the differences in histological grading and immune phenotype expression between the two specimens were analyzed. Results The histological grading of surgical resection specimens was significantly higher than that of coarse needle puncture specimens(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive expression rates of ER, PR, HER2, and Ki67 between the two groups of specimens (P>0.05). Conclusion Clinicians can evaluate tumors based on the positive expression of ER, PR, HER2, and Ki67 in puncture specimens. Because the histological grading of excised specimens is upgraded compared to coarse needle puncture specimens, appropriate and precise treatment plans should be selected based on the patients actual situation.
