Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of sanjin row stone soup after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in patients with kidney stones. Methods 60 patients with kidney stones were selected (sample inclusion number: 60 patients; sample inclusion time: May 2022 to May 2024) and divided into control and experimental groups, highly consistent. Exextracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and sanjin stone soup after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Collect and analyze the treatment effects. Results Compared with the control group (extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment), the experimental group (FROM) decreased more significantly (lumbar abdominal pain / hematuria / urination pain / urination), renal function index (β 2 microglobulin / cystatin C / urea nitrogen), more inflammatory index level (hypersensitive C-reactive protein), quality of life score (role function / emotional function / cognitive function / physical function / overall health), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy can effectively improve the symptoms, promote the recovery of kidney function, inhibit inflammation and improve the quality of life, and has high application value.
