体验式教学法+护生参与式健康教育对脑卒中康复护理教学质量影响分析

| 摘要 |
目的 探讨体验式教学法结合护生参与式健康教育在脑卒中康复护理教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年9月至2024年9月期间的护理专业学生160名,随机分为对照组和实验组各80名。对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用体验式教学法结合护生参与式健康教育模式。比较两组学生的理论考核成绩、临床技能操作评分、教学满意度及临床实践能力评估等指标。结果 实验组在理论考核成绩(89.45±4.32分 vs 82.16±4.15分)、临床技能操作评分(92.34±3.89分 vs 85.27±3.76分)、教学满意度(95.0% vs 82.5%)及临床实践能力评估等方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 体验式教学法结合护生参与式健康教育能显著提高脑卒中康复护理教学质量,提升学生的理论知识掌握程度和临床实践能力,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing on the improvement of lung function indicators in patients with severe respiratory failure. Methods 66 patients with severe respiratory failure admitted from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group (33 cases) and observation group (33 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing on this basis. The lung function index, blood gas analysis index, dyspnea score and quality of life score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results after nursing, the FEV1, FVC, PaO2, SaO2 and other indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (p<0.05), and the dyspnea score and quality of life score of the observation group were also significantly better than those of the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the lung function of patients with severe respiratory failure and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
